Under the auspices of FIDIC and CICA, the final webinar of the FIDIC–CICA–World Construction Association Webinar Series 2026 will be held on 1 October 2026, from 14:00 to 15:30 CET.
Entitled “The Good Preparation of Construction Projects,” the webinar will highlight the importance of thorough preparation before project commencement, focusing on setting clear project objectives, allocating risks appropriately, engaging key stakeholders at an early stage, and establishing effective project management processes from the outset.
The webinar marks the third and final episode of the 2026 series.
