A joint International program titled “Financing Climate Action ” will take place in Giza from 11 to 13 May 2026 at the Housing & Building National Research Center, bringing together experts in sustainable finance and urban development. The program aims to strengthen the capacity of local leaders to understand and access climate finance, while enhancing their ability to develop bankable climate projects that can attract investment. It will also promote knowledge exchange on climate mitigation and adaptation across the MENA region. The program is expected to contribute to the development of an initial roadmap for priority climate projects and to foster regional cooperation among municipalities, supporting institutional readiness to manage advanced financial tools.For
