Under the Patronage of CICA – Upcoming Webinar on “Mutual Trust and Co-operation”

Under the patronage of the Confederation of International Contractors’ Associations (CICA), a new CICA–NEC Webinar will be held on October 28, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM CET, titled “Mutual Trust and Co-operation.”

This interactive session will focus on Clause 10 of the NEC Contract, which emphasizes the spirit of mutual trust and co-operation as a foundation for collaborative working relationships. The webinar will explore how to foster this environment through effective communication, understanding mutual objectives, compliance, and leadership.

The guest speaker for this session will be Mr. Matthew Garratt, Commercial Director at Dalkia UK (part of the EDF Group) and Member of the NEC Contract Board. With over 30 years of experience in the UK engineering and construction industry, Mr. Garratt is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
