  Amwal Al Ghad press Association arranged Awards Ceremony for number of VIP Persons for the year 2022 , under the auspices of H.E. DR. MOUSTAFA MABOULY Egyptian Prime Minister of Egypt , on Saturday 26- 3-2022 at Four Seasons Nile Plaza.

   The ceremony was attended by Dr. Nevine Gamea – Minister of Industry and commerce , Dr. Nevine Elkabag – Minister of social solidarity , Dr. Hala El saeid – Minister of planning , Ambassador / Nabila Makram – Minister of immigration and Egyptian Expatriates affairs.

Dr. Nevine Gamea handed Eng. Hassan Abdel Aziz association Award for 2022 for his excellent work in construction sector.

AFCCA Delegation visits Republic of COTE D’IVOIRE

With Some Egyptian Construction Companies,

13-18 March 2022

• In the frame of evaluation construction and building circumstances in the African countries , Eng. Hassan Abdel Aziz – President of the  AFRICAN FEDERATION FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATIONS , and Ambassador. Ibrahim Elchouemi – the General  Secretary , and some Egyptian construction companies arrange a visit to the republic of COTE D’IVOIRE from 13- 18 March 2022, to discuss the situation of construction there.
• The delegation had meetings with: Minister of tourism, Minister of housing, Minister of health, Minister of Electricity and mines , Minister of investment , and a number of Ivoirians officials.
• It was clear that there are many touristic projects including: Hotels, touristic villages, villas, would be done by African construction companies.
• There is great chance for the African construction companies in building social housing units, and Partneriat with Ivoirian Government Implementation of buildings in different categories.
• There is chance also to build number of university hospitals with all specialties in different Governorates to facilitate the movement of citizens to have easy medical service.
• The Ivorian electricity authority has a plan to extend electricity to Ivorian country side, and increasing the solar energy capacity.
• All this projects need financing, some of it sharing with government or Ivorian Companies. There is investment grantee, and incentives including Tax free for some projects for five years and also for 10 years.

H.E. Mr. KONE BRUNO (Minister of Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Cote d’ lvoire ) during his visit to Egypt on 2-6 February ,  He was invited for lunch hosted by Eng. Hassan Abdel El Aziz President of AFCCA and EGAD Company in Dusit Hotel.

• AFCCA made presentation explaining the important points of its creations, targets and activities.
• EGAD Company made presentation explaining its capabilities for financing and applying projects.
• The Minister admired the role of AFCCA, and praised the activities of EGAD Company. And explained that he will be happy when Egyptian companies would participate in developing his county.

Training Courses

  One of the important targets of AFCCA is upgrading the Capacity building of Engineers and technicians to enable the African Construction Companies to compete with foreign Companies. In this trend about 15 Engineers and technicians from Zambia are enjoying training in “3 BROTHERS FACTORY” which organized a training course in the techniques of   lightening, this course is online, for 2 weeks, the last day of training will be on 9-11-2021. Ambassador of Zambia Topply M lubaya in Cairo and Eng. Hassan Abdel Aziz President of AFCCA will attend a ceremony on the occasion of the end of training.

   “3 BROTHERS FACTORY” is ready to organize different courses in lightening and Fabrication of Electric appliances, Live courses or Online, for African Construction Companies and Consultant offices.

I would like to give you the report about our meeting with Dr Amani abu zaid.

The meeting took around 45 minutes,

She was talking about her vision for the change in Africa in 2 scopes of time

From 2021 to 2024 and to 2030

The medium and long run timeline,

She was speaking through 5 slides about:

1- Innovative approaches to face the climate change issue and that as Africa we will collaborate together and will make a committee between ministers to face this issue.

2- spare digitalization

She wants to start to implement digitalization among all Africa in all sectors to coup with the world, through helping all countries to implement digitalization.

3- scale up smart Transport between all Africa to ease the mobility of people and goods that will create many opportunities that will help countries to grow.

4- 2021 to 2030 there is a new strategy for the infrastructure in all Africa.

5- Strategic Tourism for Africa by promoting Africa in a different way and attract investments to create new destination and renovation for the current.

Note: Last 15 minutes were greeting and encouragement from the attendance to her and was stressing on her upcoming elections ( I think she did that meeting to show her vision to serve her in the next election)
