Exempting non-Egyptians and their families from restrictions on the transfer of movable property, including foreign shares, bonds, and hard currency earned from their salaries or legally brought into the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Tax exemption for salaries, bonuses and the like paid to them by the Federation.
Exempting them from taxes and customs duties – with the exception of those imposed for services rendered – on the import of their personal belongings, including equipment and furniture necessary to prepare their residence in Egypt, noting that this exemption is granted during the first six months from the date of their arrival in Egypt once and not repeatedly for each Device.

1- Affiliated membership of AFCCA is given to companies working in the construction and building sector, it includes construction companies and consultant offices…ETC.
2- The member has the right to attend the General Assembly of AFCCA to be convened yearly at its headquarters in Cairo.
3- The member has the right to attend the executive bureau of AFCCA to be convened every year in one of the country members; the representative of the company will pay his air ticket and accommodation charge.
4- The member has the right to participate in all meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and visits of AFCCA, to any part of Egypt and abroad, and he will pay traveling and accommodation

5- The member has the right to make presentation to show the capabilities of his company in construction and building at the meetings of the General Assembly, executive bureau, and any other meetings of AFCCA.
6- AFCCA will extend whatever possible for the member companies in case of its desire to work any projects or participation in any works of construction and buildings in African countries.

How to join the Federation
Pursuant to Article 4 of the Federation Regulations, membership of the Federation is an entitlement to any organization, authority, federation or conglomerate representing contractors or the contracting business profession in any African country.
The internal regulations set by the Executive Office determine the method and procedures for admission to the Federation , the value of membership fees and periodic subscription.
In accordance with Article 5, a General Assembly resolution may be passed approving the admission of any African or regional state, international entities, organizations or other legal persons concerned.

Applicants for membership must abide by Article 6 of the Regulations, which says that a member of the federation must comply with the provisions of the statute, strive to achieve the objectives mentioned therein, pursue the general legitimate interests of its members, preserve traditions and practices that ensure respect for the profession, protect it from harm and respect and implement Decisions of the General Assembly or the Executive Office, and is also obligated to settle the periodic subscription on its due dates.
